Cordelia was born MAR 1845 in Fulton Co., NY. Cordelia⁽¹⁰⁶⁾ was the daughter of Bradford Kenyon BARBER and Rowena Ann WEST. Cordelia died 14 APR 1903 in Dodge Co., WI, at age 58.

James C. GAMBLE and Cordelia Calista BARBER had the following children:

2 i. Ernest J.² GAMBLE (#6952) was born WI 1867.

3 ii. Jennie A. GAMBLE (#6963) was born WI 1869.

4 iii. Minerva Calista GAMBLE (#6953) was born in Monroe Co., WI 7 JUN 1872. Minerva died 23 AUG 1967 in Dodge Co., WI, at age 95. She was a music teacher, she resided in Fox Lake, WI, and was a charter member of the Fox Lake Women's Club.

+ 5 iv. Warren Alonzo GAMBLE Sr. was born 23 NOV 1874.

6 v. Effie Leonora GAMBLE (#6954) was born in Dodge Co., WI 13 SEP 1876. Effie died 25 APR 1944 in Riverside Co., CA, at age 67. She married Walter Albert CARR date unknown. (Walter Albert CARR is #6964.) Walter was born 1 JAN 1875 in Middlesex Co., MA. Walter died 19 MAR 1952 in Riverside Co., CA, at age 77. In 1910, she was living with her widowed father and two sisters in Fox Lake Village, Dodge County, Wisconsin, and was a public school teacher.

The 1920 and 1930 US Census images do not reveal any children this couple may have had.

7 vi. Mary E. "Bessie" GAMBLE (#6957) was born WI 1879.

8 vii. Laura GAMBLE (#6958) was born WI 1882. She married Mr. INGHAM date unknown. (Mr. INGHAM is #6965.)
