He married Barbara HOFFMAN 1888 in USA. (Barbara HOFFMAN is #3049.) Barbara was born 29 NOV 1867 in Minichburg, Bavaria. Barbara was the daughter of Johannes HOFMANN and Anna Marie HAHN. Barbara died 3 AUG 1938 in Defiance, Defiance Co., OH, at age 70. Her body was interred 1938 in Riverside Cem., Defiance Co., OH. Barbara immigrated to destination unknown 1886.

Adam immigrated to destination unknown 1884.⁽¹²¹⁾ Adam Henrich was the son of John & ? (UMBS) HENRICH [note: Adam's mother was a sister to John Umbs of Defiance, her name was either Margaret or Agnes?] Adam was the youngest son and his other borthers were serving in the german army when his mother became ill. She instructed Adam to go to the USA and go to live with his uncle John N. Umbs in Defiance Co. if she died. That is why he came to Ohio It is believed that the other brothers remained in germany.

Adam HENRICH and Barbara HOFFMAN had the following children:

4 ii. Alfred HENRICH (#3050) was born in Defiance Co.,, OH. 17 JAN 1891. Alfred died 1951 in Hillsboro, OH., at age 60. His body was interred 1951 in Defiance Co., OH.. He married Ruth (?) HENRICH date unknown. (Ruth (?) HENRICH is #4586.) Al Henrich jumped into a rain barrel on a very hot day while a child after running and suffered some sort of a shock or stroke which resulted in him being a handicap and required the use of crutches.
