Conflicting evidence states that George was born circa 1600 in London, England. George immigrated to destination unknown DEC 1620.⁽³⁰⁰⁾ This pilgrim, is credited to the London contigent in which he came as a servant of Edward Winslow. He has been tentatively identified as son of John Soule of Eckington Co., Worcester, England, and probably kinsman to Robert Soule, a wealthy London Salter, who died in 1590 a native of Eckington. It is supposed that George Soule was in London when he joined Winslow on the voyage. and it is believed that George Soule served as a apprenticeship under Edward Winslow. George was orphaned when fire destroyed his home. He was brought up by his brother Robert Soule of Selter Co. He came as a teacher to Edward Winslow's children. It is believed that his father name was John or William

8 v. Susannah SOULE (#1363) was born in Plymouth, MA 25 APR 1642. Susannah died after 1683/4 in Kings Towne, R.I., at age unknown. Her body was interred date unknown in Kings Towne, R.I.. She married Francis John WEST date unknown in Plymouth, MA. (Francis John WEST is #1362.) Francis was born 1631 in Plymouth, MA. Francis⁽³⁰¹⁾ was the son of Matthew WEST.
