He married Eliza Ann BARBER 8 JAN 1843 in Williams Co., OH. (Eliza Ann BARBER is #104.) Eliza was born 15 MAR 1825 in Saratoga Co., NY. Eliza(417) was the daughter of Thomas BARBER and Mercy Ann KEECH. Eliza died 16 AUG 1892 in Springfield Twp., Williams Co., OH., at age 67. Her body was interred AUG 1892 in Boynton Cem., Williams Co., OH. We need to research the civil war records?

She married John SIGG date unknown in Williams Co., OH. (John SIGG reference JCB-159) (John SIGG is #918.) John was born date unknown in Dorflingen, Switzerland. John died date unknown in Williams Co., OH, at age unknown. John immigrated to destination unknown 1882. (See John SIGG for the continuation of this line.)

child 5 iv. George M. WITT(418) (#2742) was born in Bryan, Williams Co., OH circa 1858. George died 1908 in Toledo, Lucas Co., OH, at age 50. George Witt was committed to the Toledo Mental Hospital and it appeared from the medical record that He suffered from anxiety attacks and appeared to be uncontrollable. He later died at the Hospital after many years there. (The research was provided by Jean Coy Bartholomew of Upland, CA.). There appears to be a significant simularity to Clarence D. Rice, who also suffered the same problems and spent repeated times at the Toledo Hospital? 1st cousins 2 times removed.
