He married twice. He married Neva KENT 1989. (Neva KENT is #2978.) Neva was born date unknown. Neva died 3 APR 2003 in Allen Co., OH, at age unknown. He was in the service for 45 years and had earned the rank of Lieutenant colonel. He bagan his military career in 1940 serving in the US Army Infantry, US Army Ordinance and US Air Force and worked at Martin Marietta Aero-space in Florida. He was a civil servant in US Army Material Development and Readiness Command in Virginia, Worked for the US Army as a civilian at the Pentagon and received the Military Merit Department of Army Commanders Award for Civil Service and a WW II medal.

Harold E. WELLS and Margaret E. MAY had the following children:
