Godfrey B. "Bob" Yarbrough Jr., 88, of Ozark, passed away November 14, 2008. His wife of 56 years, Faith, preceded him in death on October 24, 2008. Bob was born August 16, 1920, in Arkansas City, Kansas, to Godfrey B. and Vera L. (McDowell) Yarbrough. Bob's family settled in Hannibal, Mo., when he was six. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy and retired after 20 years of service. He had served in World War II, and worked on the Titan II Missile project. The family lived in southern California before moving to Ozark, Mo., in 1964. He enjoyed playing guitar and singing for family and friends. Faith was born June 30, 1928, in Ayersville, Ohio, to Karl and Ruby (Myers) Henrich. She retired from Fasco in 1991. Faith was an immaculate housekeeper and wonderful cook. She loved to entertain in her home. Survivors include two children, Scott Yarbrough and his wife, Angel, Springfield, and Nancy Youngblood and husband, Mal, Wrightwood, California; three grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two sisters. Bob and Faith were members of Ozark Presbyterian Church. A memorial service for Bob will be at 5 p.m. Monday, November 24, in Ozark Presbyterian Church, East Highway 14, Ozark. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until service time on Monday, in the church. Inurnment will be at a later date in Missouri Veteran's Cemetery, Springfield.

When Faith was age 27 and Godfrey B. "Bob" YARBROUGH Jr. was age 35 they became the parents of Scott M. YARBROUGH 7 FEB 1956 in MO.
