She married Richard SNIDER 4 SEP 1948 in Defiance Co., OH.. (Richard SNIDER is #4104.) Richard was born 27 JAN 1919. Richard died 7 JUN 2004 at age 85. She was a nurse; had hearing loss; had red hair. She was a nurse at St. Rita's Hospital in Lima, OH when she saw Richard Snider, a patient there because of an appendectomy, as they were getting off and on an elevator. She immediately fell in love with him, went to the nurses' station to find out who he was, found a reason to go to his room and become acquainted. She then, that night, called the man she was dating, and broke up with him, telling him she had met the man she was going to marry. He said to call him back if it didn't work out. She has no explanation why this happened this way. She and Dick were married 56 years
