3. John B.¹ KUNESH (Mr.?^A) (#3186) was born in Bohemia AUG 1834. According to the LDS records Koenigreich, Austria was were he was born. John died 15 JUN 1920 in Defiance Co., OH., at age 85. John's death certificate does not have his parents listed. Only information was that he was born in Bohemia. His body was interred JUN 1920 in Riverside Cem., Defiance Co., OH.

He married Theresa C. LANGOVA date unknown in Bohemia. Possibly from Koenigriech, Austria (Theresa C. LANGOVA is #3187.)

Theresa was born 14 FEB 1842 in Bohemia. Theresa died 19 JUL 1935 in Defiance Co., OH., at age 93. Her body was interred JUL 1935 in Riverside Cem., Defiance Co., OH. Theresa immigrated to destination unknown 1865.

John immigrated to destination unknown 1865. LDS list his birth location as Koneighrich, Austria, From my research I feel that it is actually near Prague, Bohemia, possibly near Chotimuir. It has been passed down thru the generations that John B. came with two brothers one who went to Wisconsin and one who went to Kansas. There is a town in Wisconsin named Kunesh. John B. and his two brothers names unknown came to America in 1865, a few years after his sister Mary Catherine (Kunesh) Shindler 1854, and met up with her family in Defiance Co., OH. See Frank M. 7 iv. Bartle KUNESH (#3743) was born in Defiance Co.,, OH. OCT 1869. Bartle died 1944 at age 74. also seen his last name as Barrette

+ 8 v. John Harold KUNESH was born 14 FEB 1872.

+ 9 vi. Edward Martin KUNESH was born 5 APR 1874.

10 vii. Mary KUNESH (#5952) was born in Defiance Co.,, OH. 13 DEC 1877. Mary died 3 MAY 1954 at age 76. She married Jacob BRECKLER date unknown. (Jacob BRECKLER is #6163.) Jacob was born 3 FEB 1859. Jacob died SEP 1938 at age 79. (See Jacob BRECKLER for the continuation of this line.)

11 viii. Anna C. KUNESH (#3746) was born in Defiance Co.,, OH. 1 JUL 1880. Anna died 4 AUG 1943 at age 63. She married Jacob CORESSELL date unknown. (Jacob CORESSELL is #6173.) Jacob was born 13 FEB 1871. Jacob died 30 NOV 1926 at age 55. (See Jacob CORESSELL for the continuation of this line.)
