6. Hannah² NULL (Martin¹) (#1280) was born in Stark Co., OH 3 MAR 1835. Hannah died 27 MAR 1913 in Defiance, Defiance Co., OH, at age 78. Her body was interred 30 MAR 1913 in Riverside Cem., Defiance Co., OH.

She married Henry BATES 30 JAN 1855 in OH. (Henry BATES is #1283.) Henry was born 2 AUG 1829 in Arten Green, Germany or, Barvaria. Henry died 27 AUG 1864 in Nashville, TN., at age 35. His body was interred 1864 in Riverside Cem., Defiance Co., OH. Henry died of food poisoning during the civil war. the family story was that he ate a poisoned pie given to him in Nashville, TN. Family records indicate that Hannah Null surname was also spelled as Hannah Knull, this appears to be the case with all her sisters too.
