When Thomas was age 18 and Betsy GREENE was age unknown they became the parents of Wilson BARBER 1780 in NY. When Thomas was age 20 and Betsy GREENE was age unknown they became the parents of Elizabeth "Betsey" BARBER 1782 in NY. When Thomas was age 23 and Betsy GREENE was age unknown they became the parents of Maria BARBER 1785 in NY. When Thomas was age 37 and Betsy GREENE was age unknown they became the parents of Thomas BARBER 1799. Thomas served in the Revolutionary war. Re: DAR Patriot Index. He served as a Private in the Company of Peleg Hoxey, stationed on the Charleston, RI Shore August 1777, serving with him was his father Thomas Barber Sr. and also brother Peleg.
