144 vi. Doris M. WERDER (#4318) was born in Williams Co., OH 20 OCT 1914. Doris died 26 SEP 2005 in Bryan, Williams Co., OH, at age 90. She married Clair H. LEHMAN 1945. (Clair H. LEHMAN is #4320.) Clair was born 1 JUN 1916 in Fulton Co., OH. Clair died 29 OCT 2001 in Williams Co., OH, at age 85. He served in the US Army Air Corps serving as a first lieutenant during WW II in England, a bombardier in 490th Bomb group, and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and Air Medal with four Oak Leaf Clusters. He was employed by the United States Postal Office. He is survived by his wife and a brother and sister. He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. He was the son of Ed and Bertha (FOX) Lehman. Surviving are two nieces and four nephews.

Doris Lehman

STRYKER - Doris M. Lehman, 90, Stryker, died Monday, Sept. 26, 2005, in Community Hospitals of Williams County, Bryan.

She was born Oct. 20, 1914, near Stryker, the daughter of Frederick and Addie (Miller) Werder. In 1945, she married Clair Lehman, who died in 2001. Before retiring, she was a clerk at the former Central Market, Stryker, for many years, and a member of Stryker United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two nieces and four nephews.

Also preceding her in death were two sisters, Helen Musser and Alice Woodward; and three brothers, Ira, Milton and William Werder.

Arrangements are pending at Grisier Funeral Home, Stryker.
