When Leonard was age 28 and Margaret E. MORASKI was age unknown they became the parents of Lonnie L.awrence NAVEAU 10 JAN 1940 in Toledo, Lucas Co., OH. Leonard M. NaVeau age 79 of Berry St. Toledo, OH., died saturday May 11, in the St. Vincent Medical Center. He was a meat Cutter for 40 years working as manager for the Save-way and Food town Grocery Stores and a managerfor the Lee Williams Meat Store for 15 years retiring in 1976.. Surviving are his wife Margaret E.; son Lonnie L. Naveau daughter Judith Combs; 2 grandsons Lonnie Jr. and Kevin Naveau. graveside services wil be held Wed. May 8 at 2 p.m. in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to the American cancer Society or to the Diabetes Association. A Private Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Arrangements by the Hoeflinger Funeral home, 3500 Navarre Ave. Leonard M. Umbs took the surname of Naveau from his step-father. His birth record list his name as Earl M. Umbs, not sure why it was changed to Leanord?
