70. Caleb⁶ BARBER (Samuel⁵, Moses⁴, James A.³, James T.², Thomas¹) (#7501) was born in Washington Co., RI 19 DEC 1727. Caleb died 1816 in Washington Co., RI, at age 88.

He married twice. He married Elizabeth NILES 26 JAN 1755. (Elizabeth NILES is #7671.) Elizabeth was the daughter of Ebenezer NILES. Elizabeth died 1781 at age unknown. He married Thankful BABCOCK 19 JUL 1781. (Thankful BABCOCK is #7676.) Thankful was the daughter of Samuel BABCOCK.

When Caleb was age 28 and Elizabeth NILES was age unknown they became the parents of Benjamin BARBER 25 MAY 1756. When Caleb was age 36 and Elizabeth NILES was age unknown they became the parents of Caleb BARBER Jr. 25 NOV 1764. When Caleb was age 44 and Elizabeth NILES was age unknown they became the parents of Mary BARBER 3 DEC 1772.

Caleb BARBER and Elizabeth NILES had the following children:

188 i. Sarah⁷ BARBER (#7673).

189 ii. Benjamin BARBER (#7672) was born 25 MAY 1756.

190 iii. Caleb BARBER Jr. (#7674) was born 25 NOV 1764. Caleb died 22 JUL 1849 at age 84.

191 iv. Mary BARBER (#7675) was born 3 DEC 1772.
