When Edward was age 34 and Charity BRIGGS was age 26 they became the parents of Benjamin BARBER 9 APR 1766 in Washington Co., RI. When Edward was age 36 and Charity BRIGGS was age 28 they became the parents of Rev. Edward BARBER 1768.

197 vi. Rev. Edward BARBER (#7683) was born 1768. Rev. died 1835 at age 67. He married Eleanor DOWNING 1799. (Eleanor DOWNING is #7684.)
