He married Anna Marie "Mary" NULL 30 JUL 1840 in Stark Co., OH. (Anna Marie "Mary" NULL reference 67-11-2) (Anna Marie "Mary" NULL is #583.) Anna was born 24 SEP 1822 in Homersteen, Germany.⁽⁵⁾ Anna was the daughter of Martin NULL and Sarah Agatha SITTERLY. Anna died 26 AUG 1890 in Defiance, Defiance Co., OH, at age 67. Her body was interred 29 AUG 1890 in Riverside Cem., Defiance Co., OH.

When Henry was age 27 and Anna Marie "Mary" NULL was age 22 they became the parents of Sarah A. MILLER 3 MAR 1845 in Defiance Co., OH.. When Henry was age 30 and Anna Marie "Mary" NULL was age 25 they became the parents of Henry "Bid" Jr. MILLER 13 NOV 1847 in Defiance, Defiance Co., OH.⁽⁶⁾ When Henry was age 33 and Anna Marie "Mary" NULL was age 27 they became the parents of George W. MILLER 1850 in Defiance Co., OH.. When Henry was age 35 and Anna Marie "Mary" NULL was age 30 they became the parents of Caroline MILLER 20 FEB 1853 in Defiance Co., OH.. When Henry was age 38 and Anna Marie "Mary" NULL was age 32 they became the parents of Barbara Ellen MILLER 21 AUG 1855 in Defiance Co., OH.. When Henry was age 39 and Anna Marie "Mary" NULL was age 34 they became the parents of Frank MILLER 1 JUN 1857 in Defiance Co., OH.. Henry died as did 5 other soldiers during the Civil War at Chattanooga, TN due to food poisoning. He was initially buried in Chattanooga but after the trial of the lady who made the pie, with a not guilty verdict, his wife Mary had his body exhumed and she took it back to Defiance and he was buried at Riverside Cemetery. His place of birth was Hagerstown, MD, though it was said Hagerstown, VA? Which did not exist. His occupation was a butcher. He and Mary resided in the second house north of Session Ave., in Defiance, or just north of his brother John and Mary's sister Sarah.

He married Hester MINSEL circa 1880. (Hester MINSEL is #1376.) Hester was born date unknown. Henry Miller Jr. Served with his father in the civil war at his side and was with him when he died of food posining. Henry was married two times, NO Children He was a Mechanical Engineer
