621. Andrew J.¹⁰ WITT (Eliza Ann⁹ BARBER, Thomas⁸, Benjamin B.⁷, Thomas⁶, Thomas⁵, Moses⁴, James A.³, James², Thomas¹) (#257) was born in Springfield Twp., Williams Co., OH. 21 JUL 1844. Andrew died 23 MAR 1916 in Bryan, Williams Co., OH, at age 71.

He married Louisa HOUSEWICK 5 FEB 1867 in Bryan, Williams Co., OH. (Louisa HOUSEWICK is #2958.) Louisa was born 1844 in NY. Louisa was the daughter of Jacob HOSWICK. Louisa died date unknown at age unknown. Acording to the 1910 Wms. Co., Census she had four children but only one survives. She had a sister Elizabeth Housewick and she also indicated her parents were born in Germany. Andrew Witt and his wife had only one daughter, whose name is unknown (possible Mary Ida) and she married but had no children. I did see a petition against drinking for in Wms. Co., and it had a A.J. Witt signature on it. He served in the Civil War.

723 ii. Mary Ida WITT (#4440) was born in Williams Co., OH 28 DEC 1874. Mary died after 1916 in Williams Co., OH, at age unknown. Her body was interred in Bryan, Williams Co., OH. She married Benjamin F. HOFFMAN 13 NOV 1894 in Williams Co., OH. (Benjamin F. HOFFMAN is #4441.) Benjamin was born 1868 in OH. Benjamin died 1945 at age 77. 1910 census indicates 0-0 children
