Isadore died 12 MAR 1958 in Jackson Co., WI, at age 53. Krohn Hospital Her body was interred 14 MAR 1958 in Warrens Co., WI.

She married twice. She married Dr. Irwin Kjelland KROHN 20 AUG 1928 in Warrens, WI. (Dr. Irwin Kjelland KROHN is #6980.) Dr. was born 23 JUL 1899 WI. Dr. was the son of Dr. Eugene KROHN and Bertha KJELLAND. Dr. died 12 MAY 1951 at age 51. Dr Irwin Krohn along with his father and brother founded the Krohn Clinic.

She married Perry Miller HULL 27 OCT 1955 in Cook Co., IL. (Perry Miller HULL is #6984.) Perry was born 16 JUL 1900 in Jackson Co., WI. Perry died 29 MAY 1974 WI, at age 73. Isadore died March 1958 at the Krohn Hospital, WI She married Perry Miller Hull on October 27, 1955, in the Village Church, Northbrook, Cook Co, IL. They had no children. Isadore m Irwin Krohn Aug 20, 1928 in Warrens, WI. Irwin he died May 12, 1951 in WI. They had three children: John who became a Doctor and the Krohn Hospital in WI is named after him, Virginia and Frederick. Wife of Former Candidate for Congress Dies Black River Falls --(P)--Mrs. Perry Hull, 53 whose husband was twice a Republican candidate for congress, died Wednesday night of a heart attack. Mrs. Hull entered Krohn hospital four days ago for observation after being confined to bed at home with the flu. Her first husband, the late Dr. Irwin Krohn was founder of the hospital. Mrs. Hull several years ago was married to Perry Hull, son of the late Rep. Merlin Hull who died about five years ago. The younger Hull twice campaigned unsuccessfully for his fathers's post as 7th district representative. Hull is a publisher of the weekly Black River Falls Banner-Journal. Survivors include two children: Dr. John Krohn, a captain in the army, and Mrs. Virginia Grinde, Minneapolis. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. Mrs. Perry Hull Last Wednesday the Banner-Journal printed a small item telling that the immedite family of Mrs. Perry Hull had been called here because of her illness. It was thought best not to say that she was in very critical condition. That her son, Dr. John Krohn of Sioux City, Iowa, her daughter, Mrs. Virginia Grinde of Minneapolis, her sister Miss Mary Agnes Barber of Northbrook, Illinois and her aunt, Miss Mary Wetherby of Milwaukee, had been summoned indicated this. They were here later that evening when at 8:20 death came to one of the most vivacious, talented and beloved women in our community. This week we print her obituary and as we do we recall her comments about obituaries. In respect for her expressed feelings, this will not be the flowery account that it could be so easily. It will be what Isadore Hull would have wanted. It will be the facts expressed in sincerity and without ostentation. Just as her many years of devoted service to her church give testimony of her devotion to her church, there is no need to say she was a faithful church member. The record of her life says that much and adequately than it can be phrased. The beautiful funeral service with the choir present in respectful dignity to her memory expressed that in a much finer way. Isadore Adele Barber was born at Warrens, Wisconsin, on March 14, 1904. Her mother, the late Adele Barber gave her the finest training in music. That training lead Isadore into many intrests and activities associated with music throughout her life. Her father, the late Frederick Barber enjoyed watching his eldest daughter genius as she advance with her music. After attending the elementary school at Warrens she attended Wayland Academy at Beaver Dam and later graduated from the State Teachers College at Milwaukee. On August 20, 1928, at Warrens she married Dr. Irwin Krohn, one of the founders of the Krhon Clinic and Hospital. He passed away May 12, 1951, leaving her, their son, John and their daughter Virginia. One other son, Frederick, had preceded his father in death at the age of two years in 1934. On October 27, 1955 at the Village Church in Northbrook, Illinois, she was married to Perry Hull publisher of the Banner-Journal. He survivies as also does her sister, Miss Mary Agnes Barber of Northbrook, Illinois, and three brothers, Frederick and William Barber of Warrens, and Ruland Barber of Chicago. She is also survived by one grandchild Irwin Grinde of Minneapolis. In May of 1954 Mrs. Hull retired after having served as the director of the senior choir of the Evangelical Lutheran church for eleven years and after completing twenty years directing the various choirs of he church. As Rev. Huss remarked in his funeral discourse, it is probable that few other persons have left as indelible a stamp on their community due to their endavors to instill the finest of musical appreciation in others. Hers was an excellent sense of musical interpretation. Her choirs always sang a cappella. She had enjoyed two summers studying choral music with the famous Fred Waring organization. She had the ability to pass on to those working with her some of her enthusiasm. Following her mother's passing in 1937 the family established the Adele Barber Music Award which is given annually to outstanding high school students in music. Mrs. Hull served on the committee making the selections for a number of years. Along with her musical interests she was a member of the Tuesday Club and for several years served as a leader with the Girl Scouts. Last year she was appointed by Governor Vernon Thomson to serve as the Chairman of the Ninth District of the "Keep Wisconsin Clean and Beautiful" committee, a project of the Federated Womens Club of the state. At the time of her passing she was the Vice President-elect of the Jackson County Federation of Womens Clubs. She became very popular throughout the Ninth Congressional District when in the fall of 1956 she assisted her husband in his race for the Congressional nomination. Although she had not felt really well since Christmas, the seriousness of her condition was not recognized until shortly before her passing last Wednesday evening. She had been a patient at the hospital here since March 4. Her passing was due to coronary thrombosis and occlusion. Funeral services for her were conducted Saturday at the Evangelical Lutheran church by Rev. Raymond Huss. The choir sang "To Thee We Sing" by Tkach. The floral offerings were one of the most beautiful ever witnessed at any funeral here. The church was filed to capacity with friends and relatives. Mrs. Erwin Homstad, Mrs. Mason Werner and Mrs. Jack Fry had charge of the flowers. Phillip Mills, Thomas Mills, Lawrence Jones, Willard Jones, Duane Hoffman and A.H. Trask served as the pallbearers. She was laid to rest at Riverside cemetery. The Ness Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements. Persons who came from away to attend the services included: Mr. and Mrs. Walter Ney, Miss Mary Agne Barber and Miss Ethel Harmeling of Northbrook; Mrs. and Mrs. George McArthur of Baraboo; Miss Mary Wetherby and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wickert of Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Ruland Barber of Chicago; Mrs. Arthur Brigham of Sparta, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Harvey and Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth Manz of Neillsville; Dr. and Mrs. Aubrey Drescher of Menomonie; Mr. and Mrs. Peter Ninneman of Tomah; and Mr. and Mrs. John Canfield, Mrs. Lee Canfield and Mrs. Thomas Jefferson of Madison. We seldom realize the full value of a life until it is taken from us but we do know that with her passing our community loses a fine woman, a woman who was a wonderful friend and a valuable asset. Perry Miller Hull went on to marry for a third time, Helen Haney. Perry b July 16, 1900 Black River Falls, Jackson Co, WI d May 29, 1974 in Black River Falls. He is bured in the Riverside Cemetery, Black River Falls. I don't know if Isadore was buried there or not. She might have been buried with her first husband
